About Birdies for Charity at 3M Open
Birdies for Charity is a fundraising matching program utilizing the excitement around the 3M Open, an official PGA TOUR® event, to assist Twin Cities area non-profits in raising awareness and funds to support their missions.
Using enthusiasm around a professional golf tournament, Birdies for Charity works to generate funding for participating non-profit organizations.

Through the Birdies program, non-profits receive 100% of the amount gifted by their donors and up to a 10% matching contribution courtesy of 3M Open Fund’s Bonus Pool.

Organizations who generate $500 or more, also qualify to receive ten (10) Grounds Tickets to the first round of the 2026 3M Open on Thursday, July 23.
Participating as a Non-Profit Organization
To participate, interested non-profits must verify that they are a publicly supported and recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) organization by completing the commitment form.
Participating as a Donor
Donors who gift $20 or more to the Birdies for Charity program will have the chance to “Guess the Birdies” – predicting how many birdies PGA TOUR players will make during the 2026 3M Open.

Donors who “Guess the Birdies” are automatically entered to win two (2) 2027 Saturday Arnie’s Cabin Tickets and two (2) Swings and Strings VIP Tickets!
Interested donors can support their favorite organization by completing the donation form and selecting their favorite organization!
Donations are able to be paid by card or check. Check donations must be made payable to Birdies for Charity, accompanied by a physical donation form, and mailed to the 3M Open Tournament Office.

"Guess the Birdies" Main Prize
Donors who "Guess the Birdies" are automatically entered to win:

Arnie's Cabin is located on the 18th Hole. Winner will enjoy two (2) Saturday tickets to this temperature-controlled venue inclusive of food and beverage with a stylish look and spectacular views of the tournament action.

Winner will also enjoy two (2) VIP Tickets to the 2027 Swings and Strings Concert on Saturday after play concludes. VIP Concert tickets include food and beverage and close stage access.
